I wish I would have taken a picture before the repair.. a friendly pet rabbit in my friends house couldn't resist to nibble the strap of one of my favourite handbags. I never ever would have thought, that this is repairable.. nor that it's nearly impossible to find where the damage had been. It's absolutely incredibly perfect and this skilled guys made me super super happy. If I could give 6 stars I would. Highly recommended. Thank you.

I took a vintage bag that I hoped was an authentic Chanel to be checked by Royal Bag Spa. They were friendly and fast and the report they provided gave great detail. Regardless of the outcome, the paperwork is spot on and it provides great piece of mind for a small fee. Would highly recommend!

My handbag of 11 years with a suede interior, had a very grubby internal appearance and I didn’t think it could ever be restored to an ‘as new’ condition. I was wrong! Royal Bag Spa absolutely transformed my bag to its as new condition. The previously stiff, dirty suede is now soft and plush. The roller ball pen stain in the base has been removed too! I cannot thank you enough and happily recommend this business for their attention to detail, quality and prompt service. The cost was truly worth it!

The price is commensurate to the service given. They did a good job fixing up the broken leather strap of my 1975 Cartier messenger bag.

I went in today to get a quote for my white lamb skin Chanel bag which has a tiny water drop on it for a clean and protect. I was advised it cannot be fixed. Isn’t that what your whole company is based on ? Instead was tried to be sold $150 of cleaner to do it myself. The whole reason of coming into the city was to get it professionally cleaned and protected. Was probably a sign because the bags looked poor quality inside.

I took my bag into Chanel and the lady recommended getting it fixed at Royal Bag. I was a little concerned about posting it in but the team at Royal Bag have everything covered with insurance etc. They also answered my questions on if it would impact the feel of the leather etc. They did an AMAZING job. The corners are so much better and the bag looks incredible again. Thanks for the great craftsmanship!

I had extra belt holes made on my Celine belt. The entire experience was amazing. They even delivered before the promised date. I will surely come back again for any other repairing that I need to get done.
